How to place your order

This new website is now the best way to place your order, as it shows live quantities, recent updates, and new items, so you can readily see what is available. Discounts and freight charges, if applicable, are automatically calculated.

The new system also reduces keying and coding errors in the ordering process.

Trading terms

You will need a current account with us, so if you do not have one, please fill out an account application form. This may either be downloaded from this website, or we can provide you with a copy via email or through one of our agents.

You will then be provided with your terms of trade. Generally, this will mean payment 30 days from the end of the month in which you were invoiced. (You will have agreed to this to get your account.) Any extension of this will require our express permission. Please note that the ordering system will cease processing accounts that are in breach of this unless an exemption has been granted by Rainbow Pacific (Australasia).

Generally, freight will be free into the store for orders over $450 (after any discounts are applied) and before GST is added. Orders less than this will incur a freight and handling charge of $25 + GST, automatically added to the invoice.

We reserve the right to charge freight on any order that includes Specials and any shipment to WA, NT and Tas.

Payment may be made by:

  • CC (Visa or Mastercard) at the time of placing your order (no CC service charge applies if paid at this stage), or
  • EFT or CC at the end of the due month. (Please note: if paid by CC at this time, a 1.5% CC service fee will be invoiced to your account.)

Any discrepancies or receipt of damaged stock will be dealt with fairly and in a timely manner. We require notification of any shortages or damaged goods within 7 days of the invoice date.
